Experience

Frankie has been a member of our team since 2014. She has experience of working with children in sports events/ activities and school holidays since 2007. She has a daughter which gives her empathy with families and children. She joined our Senior Management Team in 2018.

Curriculum interests/ skills

“I work well with children and can identify and understand their needs. I enjoy liaising with parents and build strong partnerships with them. I have good motivational skills and am a supportive and organised team member. I am skilled at adapting play to meet every child’s needs, work well with children and families with English as an additional language and speech and language co-ordinator.”
